According to Uruguayan media, football player Damian Garcia is heading to Al-Wasl Club during the current winter transfer window. The newspaper "Mondo Carbonero" reported that the 21-year-old player is expected to travel to Dubai today or tomorrow to join Al-Wasl from the Uruguayan club Peñarol.
