The Ministry of Social Development (Mides) launched the book 'Talk About It', a tool designed to reinforce and complement the Psychological Assistance and Counseling Line 147 project. Since its relaunch in September 2024, this line has received over 18,000 calls. 'Talk About It' avoids technical jargon, addressing mental health in an accessible and understandable way for the population, using visual language and a collection of phrases expressed in a simple and everyday manner. Presented on Friday morning in the Mides auditorium, the book aims to strengthen mental health support and expand the psychological support tools available to the population through positive messages and practical exercises focused on calm, assertive communication, and emotional regulation.
